Beat Machine EZX for EZdrummer 3 & Superior Drummer 3

Bring together the punch of classic drum-machine sounds with the character of acoustic drums in Beat Machine EZX, an electro-acoustic drum expansion designed for modern beat-making, pop and electronic production.

Built for EZdrummer 3 and Superior Drummer 3, this expansion gives you 25 mix-ready kit presets with matching MIDI grooves, making it easier to move from a blank project to a complete drum idea without spending hours building every sound from scratch.

Beat Machine EZX is particularly suited to producers looking for a hybrid drum sound that sits between organic acoustic character and modern electronic production.

Electro-Acoustic Drum Kits for Modern Production

Beat Machine EZX combines classic machine sounds with layered, remixed and reimagined acoustic drums.

The result is a flexible collection designed for modern production styles where electronic precision and acoustic movement need to work together.

The library includes a broad selection of kicks, snares, toms, rims, hats, percussion, claps, effects, risers and other sound-design elements.

25 Mix-Ready Kit Presets

The expansion includes 25 unique kit presets, giving you a range of ready-to-play starting points for creating modern drum parts.

Each preset combines carefully selected drum and electronic elements so you can start producing immediately rather than building every kit from individual sounds.

The official library contains more than 400 unique sounds across the collection.

Matching MIDI Grooves

Every kit preset includes a corresponding selection of MIDI grooves designed around its sound and feel.

The MIDI content includes different song-part variations, giving you useful starting points for developing verses, choruses and breakdowns.

You can then customize the MIDI inside EZdrummer 3 or Superior Drummer 3 using the available editing tools.

Fast Sound Shaping With Macro Controls

Each preset includes 10 macro controls designed to make sound shaping faster.

You can use the controls to adjust characteristics such as:

  • Pitch
  • Filter
  • Transients
  • Compression
  • Saturation
  • Reverb
  • Delay

This gives you quick control over the overall character of a kit while still allowing deeper customization when you need it.

Built for Fast Creative Workflows

Beat Machine EZX is a strong fit for producers who want to develop drum ideas quickly while retaining control over the final sound.

Instead of starting with isolated samples and building an entire drum palette from scratch, you can begin with a complete kit preset and shape it around your track.

It's suited to modern pop, electronic music, beat-making and other productions where acoustic and electronic drum elements need to work together.
